Galaxy Store refund requests

The right to a refund for apps and in-app purchases (through Galaxy Store) may vary, depending on the situation in which the purchase was made. Please refer to the terms and conditions of purchase within Galaxy Store for further information about this. If you purchased an in-app item but didn’t receive it, we recommend contacting the app developer directly. 

You can find their contact details in the Galaxy Store by searching for the app in question, selecting it and scrolling to Seller info. If the developer asks you to contact us for a refund, please provide a screenshot of their request, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Here is the step-by-step process you can follow to get to Seller info.

1 Open the Galaxy Store app
