I think my account has been hacked or used by someone else. What do I do?

Please reset your password using the ‘Find ID or reset password’ function.

There’s no need to worry though, as Samsung does not store your payment card information. After you have purchased a product from Samsung.com, the only information visible on your account (and to our customer service team) is:

  • The date your order was placed
  • The amount paid
  • The last 4 digits of the card that you used
  • The expiration date and the card type
  • Name on the card

This is the only information available, which cannot be used by someone else for unauthorised payments.
