Samsung Rewards is a loyalty programme where customers earn points whenever they make a purchase on Samsung.com, or through the Samsung Shop App.

As soon as you join, you'll enjoy free delivery and a range of other exclusive benefits. But the more you spend, the more you will be rewarded.

There are 3 levels of Samsung Rewards - Blue, Gold, and Platinum. The higher the level you are, the more points you will earn on every purchase.

Everyone starts off as a Blue Rewards Member, but if you spend £1,000 or more within 24 months, you will be upgraded to a Gold Rewards Member. Spend £3,000 or more in a 24-month period and you'll become a Platinum Rewards Member.

If you set up a Samsung Account after 5 July 2023, you have been automatically registered for Samsung Rewards.

This means that there's nothing you need to do!

If you set up your Samsung Account before 5 July 2023, you need to opt in to joining Samsung Rewards. This can either be done when you check out on samsung.com, or at samsung.com/uk/rewards, or via your Samsung Members area - simply accept the new Special Terms to register.

Eligiblity for each Rewards level is checked on a monthly basis, and will include all purchases made over the previous 24 months that have passed the cooling off period. If the purchase isn't included one month, then it will be considered the following month.

We check Rewards eligibility every month, and include all purchases made over the previous 24 months that have passed the 14-day cooling off period. If a purchase wasn't included in one month, it will be included in your total the following month.

You can check your Samsung Rewards status and the number of points earned any time on My Page - samsung.com/uk/mypage/rewards.

Once you reach a Rewards level you will remain a member for 24 months, and then your status will be reviewed. To remain in a Rewards level you will need to have spend the minimum spend or more on Samsung.com or the Samsung Shop App within the previous 24 months.

No. Samsung Rewards points are not transferrable to other customers, and can only be earned and redeemed from the Samsung Account the purchase was made from.

If you'd like to opt out of Samsung Rewards, please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://privacy.samsung.com

2. Log into your account

3. Scroll to Samsung Rewards and click delete your data.

You can convert your Samsung Reward points for use in selected other countries.

Rewards Points transfers are currently only available between the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, and Korea.

Important: Any attempts to bypass local tax regulations will be dealt with by according to local law and be deal with by local law enforcement agencies.

You can check your Samsung Reward Points balance and convert points anytime on the My Rewards Page, located in My Page, when you sign in to your Samsung Account.

Rewards Points Transfers are currently only available between Rewards Programmes in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States and Korea, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Jordan, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Turkey, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, South Africa.*

*The participating countries may differ or change from time to time.

You can use converted Samsung Rewards points as soon as you've signed in and registered for Samsung Rewards in the country you intend to use spend your points.

Converted Samsung Rewards Points retain their original expiration date from the country you first earned them.

Converted Samsung Rewards Points can be redeemed in different Samsung stores, varying by country. These may include Samsung.com, Galaxy Store, Samsung Art Store, Samsung Shop App, and Samsung Food.
