How do I participate in this promotion?Buy a selected product from Samsung.com/uk
If you find the exact same product cheaper online on one of the websites of our selected retailers within 7 days of purchasing, you can claim back the price difference!
Your purchase date counts as day 1.
Your partial refund will be sent to your original payment method within 28 days after your claim has been successfully approved. -
How many times can I claim?Claims are limited to:
- 1 per promotional product per year per person
- 4 per promotional product per year per household -
My product is not listed as a qualifying product, am I eligible to claim?Sorry, no. Only purchases of qualifying products are eligible.

What can I use as proof of purchase and what information does it need to include?Your proof of purchase can be the invoice you received after completing your online purchase.
Alternatively, you can send your order confirmation along with the delivery note.
When sending your proof of purchase, make sure the following information is clearly visible:
- Model SKU
- The price advertised
- Date of purchase

How do I upload my proof of purchase?You'll be asked to upload a digital copy of your proof of purchase when submitting your claim. How you do this depends on the type of proof of purchase you want to upload.

Digital proof of purchaseIf you made your purchase online, then it's likely your proof of purchase will have been sent to you by email. Simply screenshot this, making sure the following information is clearly visible:
- Model SKU
- The price advertised
- Date of purchase

Alternatively, you can save the entire email as a PDF. You can usually do this by selecting Print then Save as PDF. You can then upload the PDF file to your claim.
Sometimes, invoices are attached to emails as PDF files; in this case, simply download the invoice and upload it to the form.
Uploading your proof of purchase
To upload your proof of purchase, click Upload then simply find and select the image or PDF file you'd like to upload. You can select more than one document if you like.
Once you have uploaded a document, you can upload additional documents by clicking the + button.
If you have selected the wrong file by accident, you can remove it by clicking Remove.
Once all your files have been uploaded, click Continue. -
The picture of my proof of purchase is too large to upload. What should I do?If you've had a notification saying your file is too large, you'll just need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways:
If you're using a Windows PC
1. Open the image in the Windows Photo app. This should happen automatically when you double click it.
2. Click the three dots at the top-right of the window.
3. Select Resize.
4. Select Best for emails and messages.
5. Give the file a name you'll remember and click Save.
You should now be able to upload the new file.
If you're using a Mac
You'll find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac.
When you've completed the steps, try uploading again.
If you're using an Android device
1. Open your Android's camera.
2. Select Settings.
3. Set your Picture quality settings to Standard.
4. Take the picture of your proof of purchase again.
You should now be able to upload the new file. If you're still unable to, try setting your Picture quality to Low.
If you're using an iPhone or iPad
1. Tap the Photos app.
2. Find the image of your proof of purchase.
3. Tap Edit.
4. Tap the crop button in the bottom-left corner.
5. Tap the white square button in the bottom-right corner.
6. Choose the size you'd like to crop your picture to.
When you've done this, try uploading it again. If you're still unable to, follow the steps again and choose a smaller size. -
Where do I find my IMEI1/serial number?To allow us to review your claim, you'll need to upload a photo of the serial number of your device (or for a phone purchase, your Galaxy phone's IMEI1 number).
To find your IMEI1 number:
- Either, dial *#06# on your device keypad,
- Go via 'Settings' > 'About device'
- Or check the back of your device
To find your Galaxy Book serial number:
- Your laptop serial number is located on the underside of your keyboard.
To find your Tab S serial number:
- You should be able to find the serial number of your tablet printed on the back of the device.
You can also find out the details about your tablet by doing the following:
- Tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'About tablet'
- Your serial number will be shown on the screen
To find your TV serial number:
- Press the Home button on your TV's remote to open the Smart Hub, select Settings > Support > About This TV
- Or, check the label on the back panel of your TV
To find your Galaxy Watch serial number:
- You can find the serial number on the underside of your watch. Or by opening Settings > About Watch. This is often shortened to S/N or SN, and is different from the SKU.
To find your SSD serial number:
- You should be able to find the serial number of your SSD printed on the outside of the box it came in.
To find your Galaxy Buds serial number:
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app and make sure your earbuds are connected to the mobile device. Tap Galaxy Buds > About Galaxy Buds. The serial numbers will be displayed on-screen.
To find your Samsung fridge serial number:
- Your serial number is printed on a label which can be found inside the refrigerator at the top on the left-hand side. It can also be found on a second label attached to the outside of the refrigerator on the bottom left-hand side.
To find your Samsung washing machine serial number:
- If you have a front-loading washing machine, the serial number is printed on a label on the inside of the washing machine door.
- For top-loading machines, the serial number is printed on a label on the back of the washing machine.
To find your soundbar serial number:
- You can find the serial number printed on a sticker on the back of your soundbar.
To find your monitor's serial number:
- You can find the serial number of your monitor printed on a label on the back of the monitor stand.

How do I upload my IMEI1 or serial number?For help finding your IMEI1 or serial number, have a look at the 'Where do I find my IMEI1/serial number?' FAQ above.
Once you've found your IMEI1 or serial number, you can either upload a screenshot from your device or by taking and uploading a clear photo.

Uploading your image
To upload your image, click Upload then simply find and select the photo you'd like to upload. You can select more than one if you like.
Once you have uploaded an image, you can upload additional images by clicking the + button.
If you have selected the wrong file by accident, you can remove it by clicking Remove.
Once all your files have been uploaded, click Continue. -
I haven't received my product yet. How do I upload my serial/IMEI1 number?If you haven't received your purchased product at the time of submitting your claim, don't worry.
Simply select 'No' when asked whether you've received your product during the claim form. We'll then put your claim on hold.
When your product arrives, you'll need to:
- Visit the Track My Claim page
- Enter your Claim Reference and email address
- Click 'Track'
- Upload the image of your device's serial/IMEI1 number. -
What information do I need to provide about the cheaper price I've seen?If you have seen the same product you purchased from Samsung.com cheaper at one of our selected retailers covered by this offer within the first 7 days, you'll need to provide us with a screenshot or photo of this when submitting your claim. You will also be asked to provide your Samsung.com proof of purchase and the serial number of your purchased product (or IMEI1 for a smartphone).
This screenshot proof of the cheaper price will need to show the following:
- Product model (including SKU)
- Retailer name or logo
- Price advertised
- URL of the cheaper price advertised
- Stock availability
Please note:
- The cheaper product must be exactly the same as the product you purchased from Samsung.com
- You must have submitted your claim within 7 days of purchase
- The product must be publicly available from one of the selected retailers listed below at an advertised price lower than the price on Samsung.com at the time of purchase
- The product must be brand new and in stock, and it must come complete with all its original packaging
- Price Promise claims are not valid for purchases made via Employee Purchase Portals or Student discount websites
- Bundle deals and phone contract purchases from Samsung.com are strictly excluded
- The price paid for the product must not have been lowered by a coupon or promotional discount code, unless the coupon or promotional discount code Terms and Conditions specifically state otherwise -
What criteria does my product have to meet to claim a partial refund?- The Lower Price Product must be advertised and offered by a Selected Retailer to purchase at a lower price that is publicly available on the url shown below (with purchases from call centres or EPP discount portals excluded).
- The Lower Priced Product offered must be currently in stock and available to order and pay for dispatch or collection via the url shown below (i.e. available to 'add to basket').
- The SKU of the Lower Priced Product must be a UK product and identical in terms of make, model, size or colour to the original purchased Promotion Product from Samsung.com/uk.
- The Lower Priced Product offered must be brand new, unmodified, and in original packaging. Refurbished, reconditioned, used, damaged, returned, modified, open box, demonstrator or otherwise not in the same condition products (including their packaging) are excluded from the Promotion.
- Lower Priced Products available at a lower price due to loyalty/employment programmes, cashback promotions or schemes, bundle pricing, voucher codes, trade in promotions, network/data/monthly contracts or other collective deals are excluded from the Promotion.
- The Lower Priced Product must not be a pricing error by the Selected Retailer.
- The Participant must be able to show reasonable supporting evidence of the above.
- Participants who have used a coupon or promotional discount code in order to lower the actual price paid on their purchased Promotion Product are not eligible to take part in the Promotion, unless the coupon or promotional discount code terms and conditions specifically state otherwise.
- Participants who have used Trade-In in order to lower the actual price paid on their purchased Promotion Products are eligible to take part in the Promotion and receive a Refund equivalent to the difference between the respective advertised prices, i.e. the Trade in discount will not be taken into account. Where this is the case, the Trade In discount must be shown clearly on the applicable proof of purchase. -
Why can't I select my purchase date?This is likely to be for one of the following reasons:
- You have not submitted your claim within 7 days of purchase
- Your purchase was made before 27th October 2022

What payment details will I need to provide?Participants will receive a refund for the difference in price to the original payment method used, within 28 days of claim approval. Participants do not need to provide any further payment details.

I have just submitted a claim. What happens next?Your claim will be checked by one of our agents and we'll update you by email within 5 working days.

You've sent me an email asking for missing information. What should I do?If you have received a missing information email, that means we need a few more details from you before we can approve your claim. To send us your missing information, follow the instructions provided.
Here are a few common reasons why you might have received this email:
We couldn't read your proof of purchase
We might not have been able to read your proof of purchase because the image you sent was blurry, too dark, or for another reason. If this is the case, you just need to send your proof of purchase again, ensuring the image is clear and easy to read.
The proof of purchase was missing information
The proof of purchase you sent might not have shown some key information, such as the retailer name or what you bought. In this case, you just need to send your proof of purchase again making sure the upload shows all the necessary information.
We received the wrong document
The document you uploaded might not have been an acceptable proof of purchase. Your proof of purchase must be a e-store receipt, invoice or order confirmation and delivery note that shows you purchased an eligible product during the promotional period.
Check the serial or IMEI1 number
The IMEI1 or serial number you entered on the claim form might have been incorrect. If so, you just need to provide us with the correct one before we can process your claim. -
Why have I not received my partial refund?Participants will receive a refund for the difference in price to the original payment method used, within 28 days of claim approval.
If you have received an email confirming your partial refund has been sent, please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to clear in your original payment method.
