- จำกัดการซื้อ 1 สิทธิ์ ต่อ 1 เครื่อง ต่อ 1 รุ่น ต่อ 1 อีเมล ต่อ 1 เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ต่อ 1 ชื่อ-นามสกุลเท่านั้น จัดส่งโค้ด e-Voucher ภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงหลังรายการสั่งซื้อเสร็จสมบูรณ์

1. e-Voucher นี้ออกโดย บริษัท ไทยซัมซุง อิเลคโทรนิคส์ จำกัด

2. e-Voucher นี้ราคา 190 บาท เพื่อใช้เป็นสิทธิ์รับ Adapter 25 W มูลค่า 690 บาท เมื่อซื้อสมาร์ทโฟนซัมซุง Galaxy A56 5G หรือ Galaxy A36 5G ผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด และสิทธิ์รับเงินคืนจำนวน 190 บาท

3. จำกัดการซื้อ 1 สิทธิ์ ต่อ 1 เครื่อง ต่อ 1 รุ่น ต่อ 1 อีเมล ต่อ 1 เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ต่อ 1 ชื่อ-นามสกุลเท่านั้น บริษัทจะส่งอีเมลแจ้งโค้ด e-Voucher อัตโนมัติภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงหลังทำรายการสั่งซื้อ e-Voucher เสร็จสมบูรณ์

4. ผู้ซื้อ e-Voucher จะได้สิทธิ์รับ Adapter 25 W มูลค่า 690 บาท เมื่อซื้อสมาร์ทโฟนซัมซุง Galaxy A56 5G หรือ Galaxy A36 5G *ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 มีนาคม 2568 เวลา 00.01 น. ถึงวันที่ 6 เมษายน 2568 เวลา 23.59 น. ผ่านเว็บไซต์ https://www.samsung.com/th/ หรือแอปพลิเคชัน Samsung Shop App เท่านั้น

5. เมื่อลูกค้าใช้ e-Voucher ซื้อ Galaxy A56 5G หรือ Galaxy A36 5G แล้วและสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หรือหากลูกค้าไม่ใช้ e-Voucher ซื้อสินค้าและสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาที่กำหนด บริษัทจะคืนค่า e-Voucher มูลค่า 190 บาท กลับไปยังบัตรเครดิตที่ลูกค้าใช้ในการชำระเงิน ใช้ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 45-60 วันทำการ กรณีลูกค้าชำระเงินด้วยการโอนเงินผ่านบัญชีธนาคารของบริษัท บริษัทจะคืนเงินผ่านการโอนเงินไปยังบัญชีที่ลูกค้าโอนเงินชำระเข้ามา ใช้ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 45-60 วันทำการ

6. e-Voucher นี้ใช้ได้เฉพาะกับการซื้อ Galaxy A56 5G หรือ Galaxy A36 5G เท่านั้นไม่สามารถนำมาใช้ซื้อสินค้าอื่นได้ และใช้ได้เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้นไม่สามารถนำมาใช้ซ้ำอีกได้

7. e-Voucher นี้เมื่อซื้อแล้ว ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยน ทอน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดก่อนระยะเวลาที่กำหนดได้

8. e-Voucher นี้ใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลดหรือโปรโมชันอื่นได้ เงื่อนไขในการใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลดหรือโปรโมชันอื่นเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด

9. การซื้อ e-Voucher นี้เป็นการชำระเงินล่วงหน้า ไม่มี VAT ไม่มีใบกำกับภาษี ไม่ได้รับคะแนน Samsung Rewards

10. การซื้อ e-Voucher นี้ไม่สามารถสั่งซื้อร่วมกับสินค้าอื่นได้ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ e-Voucher หากพบว่ามีการสั่งซื้อ e-Voucher ร่วมกับสินค้าอื่น

11. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการชดเชยความเสียหายกรณี e-Voucher ถูกนำไปใช้โดยบุคคลอื่นหรือสูญหาย

12. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้ e-Voucher นี้ โดยบริษัทจะพิจารณาตามความจำเป็นหรือการตัดสินใจของบริษัท และจะพยายามแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวบนเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชัน ซึ่งการแจ้งล่วงหน้าอาจไม่สามารถทำได้ทุกการเปลี่ยนแปลง (เช่น เรื่องจำเป็นเร่งด่วนที่มิอาจคาดหมายได้)

13. หากบริษัทฯ ตรวจพบว่ามีการทุจริตหรือทำผิดเงื่อนไข จะถือว่าท่านหมดสิทธิ์ในการได้รับสิทธิ์ตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ทั้งสิ้น หรือหากบริษัทฯ ได้ให้สิทธิ์แก่ท่านแล้ว บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกค่าเสียหายจากท่าน กรณีมีข้อพิพาทให้ถือว่าคำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ เป็นที่สิ้นสุด
