When can I pick up my order?Please wait for the email confirmation. An email will be sent to you when your items are ready to be picked up. *For orders placed before 12 noon. It can be as early as the next working day.

What do I need to pick up my order?Bring your 'Order confirmation' email with order identification code on your phone. You'll also need a valid government-issued photo ID.

How long will the store hold my reserved items?Orders made online and scheduled for in-store pick up will be held at the store for 5 days. If you have not picked up your orders by the end of the 5 days, you will be automatically refunded.

Can I return items bought through in-store pickup?No. Contact Samsung Customer Service to process returns after your pickup. Register for return and we will arrange for pickup by courier.

Can I change my pick up location after placing my order?Unfortunately, not at the moment.

Can I send someone to pick up on my behalf?We hope to welcome you in person. But if you are unable to pick up the parcel, please ensure you provide a Letter of Authorisation and the assigned person needs to bring the valid IDs for verification.
