For Digital Voucher – Samsung delivery personnel will checks that the address on digital voucher matches customers’ address on personal identification document. Please provide a valid proof of address and with eligible Climate Voucher amount for scanning on or before delivery

3. If I want to cancel the order and return the product, will my Climate Vouchers be refunded?No. Climate Vouchers cannot be refunded once scanned. Product returns are subject to Samsung warranty T&Cs.

ᵝ Samsung will participate in the National Environment Agency's Climate Friendly Households Programme (the "CFHP") from 14 April 2025 to 31 December 2027. Under the CFHP, eligible households can now receive $400 in Climate Vouchers ($300 + additional $100 on or around 15 April 2025) which will be applicable for selected products on Samsung Online Store from 10 April 2025 (delivery of purchased products from 15 April 2025).
