Terms & Conditions – Free AC Cleaning Campaign

We are pleased to offer a Free AC Cleaning Campaign as part of our commitment to maintaining the performance and longevity of your Samsung air conditioner. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing of this service:
1. Campaign Scope
This campaign provides free cleaning services for air conditioners (Samsung only), including:
General AC cleaning/ Filter cleaning
The service is limited to split AC units only.
2. Additional Services & Charges
Any additional service requirements beyond standard cleaning will be chargeable to the customer. These include (but are not limited to):
Freon top-up (if required for additional 155 SAR including VAT)
Repairs or part replacements (If unit is out of warranty)
Service will be limited to 2 units per customer (Samsung Only), Service for additional units will be charged to customer if customer require to clean additional units. (By Paying 115 SAR including VAT)
Outdoor unit deep cleaning (if necessary, beyond standard cleaning)
3. Eligibility & Participation
This campaign is open to all residential customers using Samsung Split air conditioners.
The service appointment must be pre-booked via our official WhatsApp channel only 00966558474355
Limited slots are available each day, and appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis from the Authorized Service Center after aligning with customers.
Only air conditioners manufactured within the last five years are eligible for participation in the AC Clearing Campaign.
Appointment scheduling will Start from March 13th 2025
4. Service Location & Availability
The free cleaning service is available only in specific service areas.
Service will be available in the following cities
Riyadh
Jeddah
Dammam
Khobar
Limited Remote Cities coverage
Our technicians will provide in-home service for the cleaning process.
5. Important Notes
Free service will be decided after the site survey
IDU/ODU in site up to 4 meters height we can provide cleaning for outdoor unit, above 4-meter customer have to provide requirement (Scaffolding / Crane/ Boom Lifter) facility under customer cost.
Free AC cleaning Service won’t be continued, if any potentially dangerous situation, where not 100% safety to the team while cleaning the outdoor unit.
The customer must ensure easy access to the AC unit(s) before the technician's visit.
This free service does not include fixing pre-existing AC issues or malfunctions.
The technician will inspect the unit before cleaning. If any issues requiring paid service are found, the customer will be informed and given the option to proceed with paid repairs.
Customers must approve additional chargeable services before the technician proceeds with them.
6. Campaign Duration
The campaign will run officially from 12-Mar 2025 to 30-Apr 2025 (or until available slots are filled).
The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer
The company and its service technicians will take utmost care in handling the AC unit. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or malfunction that may be identified during the cleaning process.
This campaign is for maintenance cleaning purposes only and does not guarantee improved performance of malfunctioning units.
