How does it work?
Step 1 – Buy with a discount
Select your eligible product. Then select 'Yes' to recycling on the product page, and simply identify the brand and year of the appliance you’re trading in. A discount will be applied automatically at check-out.
Step 2 – Prepare for collection
We will collect your old product when we deliver your new Product. Please have your old product fully uninstalled, dismounted and ready for collection. You are not required to package the old product.
Step 3 – Delivery & pick-up
We’ll collect your old appliance when we deliver the new one.

The instant trade-up discount you will receive is not a trade-in value for your old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors, but an incentive for you to upgrade to our latest Samsung TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors.
You can process your trade-up through these four (4) easy steps:
1. Select one (1) of the participating models of Samsung TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors you wish to purchase on Samsung.com and select ‘Yes’ in the trade-up option on the product buy page or cart page.
2. On the pop-up that will appear, choose the brand and specifications of your old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors and review the information you have provided.
3. Instant trade-up discount will appear which may vary depending on the details of your old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
4. Click ‘Add Discount’. Trade-up discount will reflect on your cart page upon checkout.
All payment options are available for trade-up, except cash on delivery (COD). For further information about our payment methods, visit this page.

Prior to the delivery and collection of your new Samsung TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors, you must ensure to fully uninstall them (including wiping all data, as applicable). Otherwise, our logistics partner will deem your order as cancelled. Samsung will not be liable for any unwiped data left by the customer in the old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors that will be collected for disposal. Samsung does not collect or store any personal data contained or stored in the customer’s old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors.
In case you need assistance in dismantling your old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors prior to the delivery schedule of your new Samsung TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors, you can make separate arrangements with our Customer Service team through our available contact options here. Note that this may be subject to additional charges, for which payment will be made directly to our Authorized Service Center.
Upon delivery of your new Samsung TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors, kindly ensure that your old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors is ready for collection at your door.
Note that our courier can only allocate a maximum waiting time of thirty (30) minutes for the assessment and collection of your old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors along with the delivery of your new Samsung TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors, counted from the time when they arrived at your delivery address.
If your oldTVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors does not meet the brand and specifications you declared prior to checkout, we will automatically cancel your order and there is no available option to pay back the trade-up discount in order to continue with the delivery.
To request a refund for your failed trade-up order, you may contact us here. Note that the refund amount will be based on the final price you have paid for your new Samsung TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors, net of any discounts applied including the trade-up discount received for your old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors.
If you opt to return your new Samsung TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors, we are not able to issue any amount for your old TVs, Sound Devices, Home Appliances, and Monitors nor return it back to you, given that you have already surrendered it for disposal.
