You can record and check your activity using your Galaxy Watch and your smartphone. Tap the exercise widget on your watch or start an exercise from the fitness tracker on your smartphone. Even if you forget to start recording walking, running, and cycling exercises, your smartphone automatically records your activity after 10 minutes.

Using the Samsung Health app, you can set goals, track your progress, and make informed decisions to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Let's take a step-by-step look at how to use Samsung Health to track your workouts.

Step 1. Open the Samsung Health app on your device.

Step2. Select the More option in the exercises section.

Step 3. Remove any unwanted options. Then, tap the star next to your favorite exercise to add it to your favorites.

If you'd like to add a more specialized workout, tap the plus (+) icon and select from the list of available workouts or create a new one. Customize your activity by giving it a name and enabling features like distance, speed, and route recording using GPS.

Step 3. Finally, tap the star next to the new exercise to add it as a favorite.
