Even if you forget to start recording walking, running, and cycling exercises, your smartphone automatically records your activity after 10 minutes.

If you'd like to add a more specialized workout, tap the plus (+) icon and select from the list of available workouts or create a new one. Customize your activity by giving it a name and enabling features like distance, speed, and route recording using GPS.
