Wallpaper - Frame and Effect feature in Galaxy devices

1. Swipe down from the top right of the screen to open the Quick settings panel.

2. Tap the Settings icon.

3. Swipe to and tap on Wallpaper and style.

4. Tap on Change wallpapers.

5. Under Gallery, tap that folder you want to choose photo from.

6. Select your desired photo to set as a lock screen or wallpaper, and then tap Done.

7. Choose where to apply the photo, and then tap Next. Note: You can select both Lock screen and Home screen if desired.

8. On the bottom of the screen, tap Frame.

9. Select the desired frame.

10. Tap Colour, and then select your desired color.

11. Tap outside of the screen, and then tap Effect.

12. Swipe left and right to select your desired effect. Tap Apply.

13. Review the changes, and then tap Done.

14. Your photo now features the selected frame and effect!

15. Your photo has now been set successfully on the Lock screen.
