  • If the purchase was made at a Participating Retail Store, you will be eligible to receive the Gift with strict adherence to the claim process outlined below:
    1. Purchase a participating product from a Participating Retailer (excluding the Samsung Online store and Samsung Retail store).
    2. Keep your valid proof of purchase (as outlined below) and IMEI/Serial number for all participating products.
    3. Provide a copy of your proof of purchase and IMEI via the URL www.samsung.com/au/offer/galaxy-tab-s10/redeem/ Instructions on how to find IMEI/Serial number can be found at the following URL: www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/how-to-find-phone-model-number-serial-number-or-imei-number/
    4. Once you have submitted the requested information correctly, you will receive an email (to your registered email address) containing a Promo Code. You must do this by no later than 11:59pm AEDT 5th December 2024.
    5. Once you have received the Promo Code, visit the URL www.samsung.com/au/offer/galaxy-tab-s10/redeem/ Apply the Promo Code to your shopping cart by no later than 11:59pm AEDT 26th December 2024.
    6. Follow the prompts to receive the Gift that will be delivered to your mailing address.

  • You must claim a Promo code by no later than 11:59pm AEDT 5th December 2024.
