Step 3
Receive your
refund.
Once we've received your product in good condition, you will receive your refund within 30 days, to the payment method you used on purchase.
What to keep in mind
• Customers will need to return all products, accessories, and promotional gifts in the same order as part of the claim.
• Trade-In devices or its equivalent value applied to your order will be forfeited as part of this program.
• The Extended Change of Mind program is exclusive to Samsung.com, Shop App, and Samsung Partnership Program Portal sites.
