How to clean your Samsung TV screen
When dust and smudges appear on the screen of your Samsung TV, they can distract you from your viewing experience. You can clean the screen if fingerprints or smudges are obstructing your view.
Important: Never use any type of window cleaner, soap, scouring powder, wax, or any cleanser with solvents such as alcohol, benzene, ammonia, or acetone. Never use abrasive pads or paper towels. If you do, you can scratch the screen or strip the anti-glare coating off the screen and cause permanent damage. Never spray water directly onto the TV. Make sure to wipe the TV as gently as possible. TV screens are fragile and can be damaged when pressed too hard. If you clean the screen while there are foreign substances on it, the product can be easily scratched and the screen may get damaged. Therefore, always remove any foreign substances first and use a soft cloth (such as microfiber or suede) for cleaning.
The instructions below will help you clean your Samsung TV’s screen.
The Frame TV and Serif TV have a special reflective surface that is designed to reduce glare. This may make fingerprints and smudges harder to clean off. It is recommended to use a microfiber cloth, but if that does not work, you can use a melamine foam sponge (magic eraser).
Important: Do not wet the melamine foam sponge before wiping the screen. Only lightly dampen the screen using the microfiber cloth as described in step 2. Do not use any cleaning solutions.
