Why does Gemini work instead of Bixby when pressing and holding the side button in One UI 7?

From One UI 7 onwards, the default setting for the side button has been changed to make Gemini the primary action when pressing and holding the button. However, you can change this default back to Bixby in the settings.
You can change back to Bixby using one of these methods:
Method 1: Go to Settings > Advanced features > Side button > Long press > select Bixby.
Method 2: Open the Bixby app, tap Settings (top-right corner) > Side button settings > Long press > select Bixby.
