The Charging case for the Ring is made with a transparent material, which may cause it to appear different in shape or seem as if distorted from certain angles. This is not a defect of the product. Please rest assured and use it confidently.

This gap is a necessary manufacturing feature, and some minor rocking or vibration of parts may occur. Over time, friction between parts may cause this gap to expand slightly.

The upper lid was intentionally designed to be slightly larger than the bottom to prevent slipping and to improve usability of making it easier when opening the charging case. It is a normal product that has passed according to our strict internal test standards for quality. So there’s no problem with durability and product performance for operation.
